All cancellations and amendments to your booking are subject to these conditions.
Hotel Bookings:
You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a hotel booking 24 hours prior to your stay or any time after this period.
Where it is possible to cancel a booking, you will be charged an administration fee of £15 per room per night. This fee will also be charged in the event of an amendment reducing the number of rooms or nights from the original booking.
Airport Parking and Port Parking:
Any cancellations made on the day of arrival or during your stay will not be refunded.
If you leave the car park before the agreed departure date you will not receive a refund for the unused days.
A fee of £7.50 will be charged for cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival.
Please note: Bookings made at the special 'advanced purchase' price cannot be amended or cancelled.
Airport Lounges:
Refunds are not available for cancellation of a lounge booking within 24 hours of the stay or any time after this period.
Airport Chauffer Drive:
Any amendments made on the day of your transfer, or 24 hours prior to your first transfer pick-up date or after will be treated as a cancellation and you will have to pay the cancellation charge.
Refunds are not available for cancellations made 24 hours prior to your transfer, on the day of your transfer and any day after, that falls within your booking period.
A charge of £7.50 is applied for all other cancellations outside the specified times, and if you decide to use alternative transport on the day of your transfer you will not receive a refund unless the alternative is suggested by our supplier.
Hire & Fly:
Amendments made on the day of collection or after will be treated as a cancellation and you will be requested to pay the cancellation charge.
Refunds are not available for cancellations made on the day of collection or after, a fee of £7.50 will be charged for any cancellations made outside this time.

Summary of Terms & Conditions
When you pay for the Cancellation Charges Waiver this will protect you if you need to cancel your booking. Provided that you cancel your airport hotel or airport hotel with parking booking at least 24 hours before the stay date. Airport parking bookings must be cancelled before the day of travel. Normal cancellation charges (£7.50 airport parking, £15 airport hotels) will not apply. Please note that if you cancel your airport hotel booking or your airport hotel with parking booking within 24 hours of the stay date or cancel your airport parking booking on the day of travel or afterwards you will be charged the full cost of your booking including the cost of the Cancellation Charges Waiver.
The Cancellation Protection offered by the Cancellation Charges Waiver is not available if you are booking for the same or the next day.The Cancellation Protection fee is non-refundable.
